Staffing Options

One of the greatest benefits of hiring offshore staff from SVD Offshore Services is that we provide trained professionals from day one of hiring. Keeping in mind the seasonality and sporadic nature of work, we have carved just the flexible hiring model that is molded according to your staffing needs. You can hire from any of our long-term, short-term, full-time, part time, hourly or seasonal hiring options. We are open to discuss any other hiring model as well.

Full-time, Part-time Staff

Depending on the amount of work you can go for a 40 hours/week or 20 hours/week option. Staff are generally Commerce graduates with few years of experience in Finance & Admin functions. All staff are trained in our work process after they are hired. This option is recommended for Bookkeeping, Transactional entries, Reconciliations, payroll processing and other admin tasks with simple to medium level of complexity

Full-time, Part-time Semi Qualified/ Qualified Accountants

Depending on the amount of work you can go for a 40 hours/week or 20 hours/week option. Qualified Accountants are generally CA’s or CPA’s with few years of post qualification experience in Bookkeeping/Finance functions. CA Qualified Accountants also have an internship experience of 3 years. This option is recommended for Fund Accounting, Employee Benefit Plan Audits, Support in Audits, Financial analysis and other services where technical skills are required.

Seasonal/Temporary Staff

40 or less hours per week for 3 months or less. We can provide Staff Accountants, Qualified accountants for your temporary requirements as well. This option is suitable only for Annual Audits, Annual Tax returns and other onetime services with less complexity.

Data Entry staff

We can provide staff for Data entry or simple tasks where minimal technical skills are required. Data entry staff is generally a B.com graduate with 0-1 years of experience. This option is recommended for simple and routine tasks.

Hourly staff

We can also provide Staff accountants and qualified accountants on an hourly basis. This option is suitable for one time tasks usually for a month or less.
